Delighful, charming, cozy, & relaxing - is how we (and our guests) describe Magnolia Manor.

Magnolia Manor was built in 1910 and is said to be the first poured concrete building in the State of Oklahoma. It has three separate quarters furnished with cozy king size beds and has a very unique look and feel. The Magnolia complex is located walking distance to the old historic Santa Fe Depot, and the still active train schedule adds to the mood and experience. Just around the corner is The Bettie Jean Historic Loft located on the top floor of a 1913 building. The downtown Guthrie building is listed on the historic register. This quaint yet spacious loft comes with its own rooftop deck.
