With over 50,000 square feet of photogenic property encompassing Guthrie Retreat and all available to you, we can offer a diverse array of filming locations, very comfortable actor and crew accommodations, office and meeting areas, spaces for catering, wardrobe, wrap-parties and warehousing as well as soundstage-suitable areas.
We are also often called upon as a resource to uncover hard to find props, people and other locations.
The crown jewel of Guthrie Retreat is The Magnolia Moon. Originally built as Guthrie's only amphitheater and later transformed into a one-of-a-kind living space, it is now home to special events, concerts and retreats and is a perennial favorite for photo shoots. Feel free to roam around this site, we have a location or spot for you!
