Hidden on the west end of historic downtown Guthrie, The Magnolia Manor is a secret even to many of the locals. "Off the radar" is how it was once described. The concrete structure, along with the weeping willow draping the 1910 charm. The Maestro Suite is on the ground floor, and is by far the largest suite in the Manor.

There you'll find a dining room table for 8 adjoining the fully equipped kitchen. The first bedroom sports a fluffy King bed along with fun dresser and chaise lounge with an ornate retro reading lamp. Hidden away in the huge closet are two bunk beds. The bathroom is spacious with shower and tub. The second bedroom comes with a dresser, king bed, and a doorway to the courtyard. The bath has a full shower/tub with hanging area for clothes.
Tornado? Just Roll Over!
If you have been in and around Oklahoma for long you are very aware of our tornados. The Maestro Suite is completely surrounded by 16" inch poured concrete, so if you are sleeping and hear the tornado siren... just roll over! Owner, Gary Good once had a guest quiz.. I wonder how many tornados this building has been through? Gary replied, "All of them"!
Walk The Town
Even though the Magnolia Manor is mostly hidden from public eye, it's close enough to all of historic downtown Guthrie's attractions to explore them all by foot. Many guests love to take the short walk to Katie's Diner for their delicious breakfast, or walk up to meet the Trolly for a tour of the town.
